We are trying to make using the in-game chat and forum a pleasing experience for as many players as possible. For that reason, they have rules.
The rules of the censored chat channel (more strict):
This channel is for civilized and respectful conversations. The following is forbidden:
1. Harassing, trolling, purposefully offending players.
2. Discrimination against people based on race, gender, using perks in the game, etc.
3. Provoking and participating in flame.
4. Profanity.
5. Flood.
6. Advertising.
7. Abusing CAPS.
8. Sexual or other adult content.
9. Anything forbidden by the law or encouraging crime.
10. Disclosure of other player's personal information, such as a real name or e-mail.
11. Arguing about moderator's decisions.
12. Anything that makes using the chat hard or annoying for other players.
13. Scamming players to get their plutonium, passwords or personal information.
The same rules apply to the player nicknames and squad names. In particular, nicknames and squad names must not mock nicknames of existing players.
The rules of the uncensored chat channel (less strict):
In this channel, the following is forbidden:
1. Flood.
2. Advertising.
3. Sexual or other adult content.
4. Anything forbidden by the law or encouraging crime.
5. Disclosure of other player's personal information, such as a real name or e-mail.
6. Anything that makes using chat hard or annoying for other players.
7. Scamming players to get their plutonium, passwords or personal information.
This channel may contain profanity and rude behavior. The game administration neither approves it nor takes any responsibility for the players' words. Moderators and administrators may ignore any requests made in this channel.
The forum-specific rules:
1. No off-topic (creating discussions in irrelevant categories or posts irrelevant to discussions). Especially posting anything that belongs to "Dump" category anywhere else.
2. Create no more than one discussion about any topic. If such discussion already exists, use it and don't create a new discussion. If a moderator moved or removed your discussion, don't create it again.
Here are recurring topics that were posted, given the final answer and closed multiple times (on this and the old forum). Re-posting these topics in any place on the forum or sending them personally to moderators/admins will be treated as trolling and may lead to ban on the forum.
2.
About guests and "fake newbies"
Players who break these rules can be warned, muted in the game and/or banned on the forum. In extreme cases, a player can be banned from the game (denied access to it completely).
To enforce these rules there are moderators. They do their best to make the chat a better place for all players. Let’s be grateful for their unpaid and often unpleasant work.
If a moderator warned you or asked to stop doing some things, you must stop it immediately. If you disagree, you can discuss it with the moderator in private. Ignoring moderator's requests or publicly arguing about them leads to muting. A moderator may mute you without warning if breaking of rules is severe or you've been warned about it previously.
If you do not understand why you have been muted, ask a moderator who did it to explain it in private message (for example, using Inbox on the forum). Give a moderator at least a week to reply.
Do not create forum messages or topics for such questions, they will be deleted without further discussion.
If even after you've talked to a moderator, you still do not understand why you were muted, you can contact
one other moderator. It's best to contact the head moderator of the respective region. In your message, you
must write in detail about how you've contacted the moderator who muted you. If your complaint does not contain such information, it shows that you don't read these rules, and your complaint will be ignored.
