    Boss would have dropped some perks, if you didn't pick them up then that is the reason you never got them.

    Nice job on the kill though :)

    Which boss and when? Was it the hamster a few days ago?

    Also spawn rates should go up

    anyways, i spend time hunting down bosses and camping them for perks LOL... am 4/7 overall when perks are picked up
