Ball gets stuck to portal walls

I have faced this twice, when ball gets on side of wall, it can move only parallel to wall not opposite no matter how much ever u bomb. Either this is a feature or bug, please look into it. The only way a ball can be taken out was clear all blocks surrounding wall and push ball parallel till it doesn't touch wall anymore then its released.
