Fix This Skin Please

The configuration of "fdragon" is very poorly done. See for yourselves, it's currently the last skin under the "Various Skins" category. I checked the configuration and fixed it by changing the frame height from 37 to 34, and adding

"animMirrorLeft": true,

to the code. Hope this helps. : ) It's really annoying seeing a skin that flashes on and off on the map like that.
