Why is the American flag 300 plutonium while most every other skin is 60-100 plutonium? That seems like an insane increase over every other skin.

    Because essentially it was a requested skin, yet it is not a skin that "fits" the game in the sense that it's not normal to see a flag running around. Like my "uno cards" skins that I made was rejected. So the higher price was to discourage people from buying it.
