You'd have to ask the player what they mean. Probably just means they are hyped to do some killing... Maybe they just picked up an item...

Skins are just a way of customising your game avatar... They don't "do" anything other than look good (or bad :P )

Exclusive license perk gives you 1 extra bomb and starter kit gives you an extra bomb. 2 bomb start is in "monster room", normal room start is 1 bomb.

your downwards movement is not aligned correctly [not centered]. Did you draw this or modify an already existing skin? [maybe for side movement try bobbing the head of the chicken].
