Try ctrl+F5? Firefox works for me (I just tested it) but I usually play in chrome.

It is a bannable offense to chase players across servers. Hunting a player on 1 server is fine (it is a kill game), but if player you hunt gets sick of it and leaves, please do not follow them to next server. Thank you.

Not sure what you're talking about. if you're not using "Chrome" webbrowser then try using that to play (that's what I use). I know some players using "lesser known" browsers couldn't pickup coins until they used chrome....
