    The stuff in the first picture all related to how your chat works.

    So "scroll" means it will not automatically scroll when new chat comes in. This is useful if you are "catching up " on old chats in the chat long.

    CENS is short for Censor. it means certain words will be auto censored in your chat. Skull shows you no chat but only kills.

    M, i forget what this one is...

    Talk icon, means it only shows chat (not kills), opposite of skull one.

    CHAT means you disable chat, you do not see any messages.

    I could be wrong, but I think the "M" is for turning on or off the red moderator texts. (Like when they mute someone.)
