In observation mode you make 0 kills of people, 0 kills of monsters, you died 0 times and you collected 0 flags.

Bots will spawn on empty servers so that there's always a total of around 10 humans + bots most of the time, I think.

Bot shows human kills for both bots and humans it kills... In other words they are most likely bot kills
