Feature requests for score board and profile

I would like to start a discussion about the improvements of the score board and personal profile. Please share your thoughts on this topic here!

1. A search box where you can enter a name like a filter on top. So you enter "xxx" and you only see 1 row (player xxx) with all columns. This shall work for all current filters (All Time, 30 Days, Ru, Eu, ...).
2. All names (or the skin pic or at least another column) in the score board shall be like a link and if you click on it you will see the "profile" of that player. Maybe there are some players who wants to hide that information, maybe give an option to "hide" this (like in the old forum)

This would make it a litte more "competitively" (;
